Charity initiative "Martenitsa for Petya": Buy a martenitsa and support the cause!

The sale of martenitsa begins in support of the charity initiative "Martenitsa for Petya". Hand-made martenitsa are offered at the Artium Center and at the kindergarten "Moryache", as every gesture matters. Nesebar Municipality supports the cause.

From today, the sale of martenitsa for the charity initiative "Martenitsa for Petya" begins. The items are on display at the Artium Center, where anyone wishing to support the charity cause can purchase a work made according to national traditions from intertwined white and red thread from today until March 1 inclusive. A stand for the initiative will also be in the foyer of the kindergarten "Moryache" on the days of February 25 to 27 at the invitation of the kindergarten.

The following are involved in the cause with hand-made items: The Association of Craftsmen and Artists, ODK - Nesebar, 5 "d" class to SU "Lyuben Karavelov", OU "St. St. Cyril and Methodius" - Ravda, DFK Ravda, the community centers "Probuda" - village. Banya, "Probuda" - St. Vlas and "Gotse Delchev" - Ravda, the pensioners' clubs in Sunny Beach and Orizare, the Democratic Union of Women - Nesebar, Damyan Karavasilev and Dora Miteva - with Gyulovtsa.

The initiative is carried out under the auspices of Nesebar Municipality. "Empathy is the most human quality. Our community is once again uniting around a cause in support of a child in need, proving that together we can give hope and turn goodness into real support." - said Mayor Nikolai Dimitrov.
