Iliana Iotova and Kiril Valchev are leading the run-off for president and vice-president with 57.95% of the vote, with 52.42% of polling station protocols counted by regional commissions, the Central Election Commission said. Andrey Gyurov and Georgi Kandev have 39.01%.
In all, 580,918 people voted for the Iotova and Valchev ticket and 390,988 for Gyurov and Kandev.

A parallel count by polling agencies also shows a win for Iotova and Valchev.
Another 30,473 people chose the "I don't support anyone" option on the ballot.
