The national basketball team of girls under 14 years old lost to Croatia 53:66 in their next match of the Slovenian tournament, recording their second loss in Group B.

The Bulgarian basketball players under 14 years old suffered another defeat at the international tournament in Slovenia. In a contested match in Slovenj Gradec, the national team lost to the Croatian team with a score of 53:66.

The third playing period proved decisive for the final outcome, during which the Croatian team managed to build a solid lead of 18:8. Until the end of the match, Ruslan Rusev's team failed to prevent the loss, despite attempts to turn the game around.

Individual performances of the home players were leading in their defensive effort. Vanessa Petrova stood out with 9 points and 9 rebounds, Raya Videnova added 8 points to the total, and Lea Milanova scored 7 points.

For the winners, Bruna Juraic was an undisputed leader, scoring an impressive 22 points. Our national team now has a record of 0-2 in the second group of the tournament.

The next match for the Bulgarian basketball players is tomorrow - on August 8th at 6:30 PM, when they will face the team of Slovakia.
