The National Women's Basketball Team for girls under 14 will represent Bulgaria at the international tournament "I Feel Slovenia Ball", which will be held from August 6 to 10 in the Slovenian city of Slovenj Gradec.
The coaching staff, consisting of Ruslan Rusev and Christiana Zlatkova, has selected a 15-member team, including talented players from leading Bulgarian sports clubs. Among the selected athletes are Monica Dyuzova from Dorostol Silistra, Alexandra Borislavova, Veronika Petrova, and Siyana Georgieva from Svetkavitsa Targovishte, as well as representatives from teams such as Septemvri 97, Rilski Sportist, and Champion 2006.
In the tournament competition, the Bulgarian team will participate in Group B, where they will measure their strength against the national teams of Croatia, Hungary, and Slovakia. The program for the Bulgarian basketball players includes three consecutive matches: on August 6 at 2:00 PM against Hungary, on August 7 at 8:45 PM against Croatia, and on August 8 at 6:30 PM against Slovakia.
Among the invited athletes are also Vanessa Petrova, Daria Tsvetkova, Anelia Yordanova, Teodora Marinova, Lea Milanova, Vyara Vasileva, Raya Videnova from Panathlitikos (Greece), Jana Todorova from Slavia, Monica Dimitrova, and Emma Apostolova.
