Bulgaria is preparing for a historic hosting of Eurovision 2027. Ivo Hristov and Martin Green reported record progress, while Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, and Burgas compete for the "host" title.

Bulgaria impresses the organizers of Eurovision 2027

Preparations for the upcoming edition of Europe's largest music contest – Eurovision 2027, are in full swing. At a key meeting between Deputy Prime Minister Ivo Hristov, contest director Martin Green, and BNT Director General Milena Milotinova, significant progress was reported.

"Bulgaria has impressed us all with its extremely quick response and professional approach. There is no other such case in the history of the contest," shared Martin Green.

The race to choose a host city is becoming increasingly competitive. Currently, four Bulgarian cities remain in the running:

The name of the winning city that will welcome delegations from all over Europe will be officially announced in July.
