75 New Books Donated to the Library in Nessebar

The "Youth" Library in Nessebar received 75 new books through a project of the Ministry of Culture. Included are biographies of famous personalities, as well as fiction for all ages.

New 75 books have been received free of charge by the "Mladost" library in Nessebar under the project "Bulgarian Libraries - Modern Centers for Reading and Information" of the Ministry of Culture. The total value of the publications is nearly 2000 euros.

Among the readings, biographical books of famous personalities from the musical life of Bulgaria, such as Lili Ivanova, Bogdana Karadocheva, and Kiril Marichkov, are noteworthy.

"Nevena Kokanova. Years of Love" is the title of a book related to the life of the "first lady of Bulgarian cinema." Personal notes, unpublished thoughts, and rich photographic material from the archive of another great Bulgarian actress can be seen in the publication "Tatyana Lolova from A to Z. Notes, Thoughts, Photos."

The library fund has also been enriched with the latest work of the winner of the prestigious Booker Prize for Literature, Georgi Gospodinov - "The Gardener and Death." Among the popular titles by Bulgarian authors is also "Theseus in His Labyrinth" by Krasimir Dimovski, who won the prestigious "Bulgarian Novel of the Year" award for 2025 from the NDF "13 Centuries of Bulgaria."

Among the new books are those on historical, crime, romantic, and fantastic themes. There are novels and fairy tales intended for the youngest readers of the "Mladost" library.
