A 25-year-old man from Burgas has stolen a mobile phone belonging to a 23-year-old Russian citizen living in Veliko Tarnovo. The incident occurred on August 25, at approximately 4:35 p.m., within the grounds of the "Sveta Troitsa" park in Burgas.
The perpetrator has made a full confession to the authorities and has voluntarily returned the stolen item. Procedural investigative actions are ongoing regarding the case.
