A 39-year-old woman from Sredets has admitted taking a wallet from a bench in the town square. It held €185, documents and keys. She gave the money back.
Police in Sredets have identified a 39-year-old local woman as the suspect in the theft of a wallet containing €185, documents and keys, the regional police directorate (ODMVR) in Burgas said.
The wallet was taken from a bench on Bulgaria Square in the town on 8 October. It belonged to a 35-year-old woman, also from Sredets.
The suspect confessed fully and gave the money back.
Police are still working on the case.
