Two German men, aged 38 and 39, have been charged with beating a 45-year-old man from Nessebar outside a casino in Sunny Beach. They can be held for up to 72 hours, Nessebar district police said.

The victim has moderate bodily injuries. He was taken to the University Hospital in Burgas in a helpless state and is being treated there.

Police received the call at about 4.35am on 22 October. Officers first took away three Germans, aged 38, 39 and 42. They are independent tourists and were staying in a shared hotel apartment.

The investigation shows that the 38-year-old and the 39-year-old were the direct perpetrators.
