The sports community witnessed an impressive demonstration of mastery by Bulgarian kudists during the latest World Cup edition. Bulgaria's team recorded a remarkable fifth place in the overall standings, with the credit for this success primarily due to the athletes from the Burgas club "Bushido".
Zarina Ivanova stood out as an undisputed leader, winning two gold medals that laid the foundation for the national triumph. Her achievement was complemented by a series of medals from her teammates, who demonstrated exceptional technical preparation and competitive spirit.
Among the medalists, Bozhidar Ganev and Siyana Dimitrova stand out with silver medals, which significantly contributed to the team's success. Bronze medalists Emanuela Vricheva, Nikolay Tsvetkov, and Alexander Zagov also played a key role in the final standings.
Vladimir Roshmanov's performance in the veterans' category is also noteworthy, as he won a bronze medal and completed the impressive collection of awards for the Bulgarian national kudo team.
The achievement of the "Bushido" club from Burgas is indicative of the high level of preparation and professionalism that exists in Bulgarian martial arts. Half of the country's medals were won by this club, making it a key factor in the national team.
