Missing Romanian Tourist Found Unharmed near Primorsko After Massive Operation

SUNNY BEACH – A massive police operation, which lasted for days, successfully concluded with the discovery of the missing Romanian citizen, Stelian Micu. The 42-year-old man, who has special needs, was found today in good health, leaning against a guardrail near the road between Primorsko and Burgas. The unusual scene took place at the turnoff for the "Perla" area.

Law enforcement was put on high alert after Micu went missing on September 1 around 3:30 PM from the Sunny Beach resort. Immediately after the report was filed, officers from the Nesebar Regional Police Department and the "Investigation" sector of the "Criminal Police" department at the Burgas Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs launched intensive operational and search activities.

In recent days, police teams and volunteers have been searching the area of the disappearance, and information about the search was disseminated to both the media and social networks to reach the maximum number of people.

At the time of his discovery, Stelian Micu was dressed in the same way as on the day of his disappearance – in a black T-shirt and black shorts. He was found by a patrol team from the Primorsko Regional Police Department. According to the officers'_q_ testimonies, the man was standing calmly in the turnoff. The officers were particularly impressed that he was holding a blue balloon in his hand, without attempting to stop passing vehicles or seek help.

Immediately after his discovery, Micu was taken to the local police station, where law enforcement teams are preparing to hand him over to his relatives. At the moment, it is unclear where the man stayed during the period of his disappearance and how exactly he ended up in the Primorsko area, as he has not yet provided an explanation for the case.

Police authorities report the successful conclusion of the operation, which caused concern for the man's family and relatives. The outcome, although unexpected, brought relief after days of stressful searching.
