A specially appointed committee, acting under the mayor's order, will rank the candidates based on the chronological order in which their applications were received. In the event that more than one application is submitted for a specific agricultural property, the procedure stipulates that a publicly announced auction will be held in accordance with the requirements of Chapter Seven of Ordinance No. 1 on the Procedure for Acquisition, Management, and Disposal of Municipal Property of the Municipal Council of Pomorie.

The deadline for interested parties to submit their documents is 21.09.2026, by 4:00 PM inclusive. The address for submission is Pomorie, 5 Solna St., Room No. 41, where the Municipal Enterprise "Landscaping, Forestry, and Agriculture" (OGSS) is located. The documentation required for participation can be obtained from the Municipal Enterprise "Landscaping, Forestry, and Agriculture" (OGSS) upon payment of a fee of 10.00 (ten) euros, excluding VAT, which must be paid at the enterprise's cash desk.

The official ANNOUNCEMENT for launching the procedure for leasing agricultural properties without a public auction or tender was prepared in execution of Decision No. 908/23.07.2026 of the Municipal Council of Pomorie. The grounds for this decision are set out in Article 44, Paragraph 4 of the Local Self-Government and Local Administration Act (LSGLAA) and Article 79, Paragraph 2 of Ordinance No. 1 of the Municipal Council. Based on these acts, the Mayor of Pomorie Municipality issued Order No. RD-16-1677 on 28.08.2026, which regulates the leasing for a period of one agricultural year (2026-2027).

To participate in the leasing of small-scale properties, candidates—sole traders, legal entities, and individuals—must prepare the following package of documents:

  • application for leasing agricultural land (using the provided template);
  • BULSTAT registration for agricultural producers;
  • declaration of consent and personal data processing;
  • declaration of property inspection;
  • declaration of familiarization with the draft contract.
