Special police operation in Burgas

A special police operation against vote buying, petty crime and drug trafficking began early this morning. The operation is taking place across the entire territory of Burgas.

Ten people detained

  • Two of those arrested are under arrest on suspicion of involvement in vote-buying schemes.
  • One person was detained for uncovering a laboratory for the production of synthetic drugs.
  • Another person was detained for possession of stolen goods.

Drugs and reports

Five reports were filed during the operation related to drugs. In addition, one individual has been declared wanted.

Briefing at Pobeda Police Station

The commissioner gave a briefing outside the building of the Pobeda police station. The operation targets crimes related to fraudulent schemes and illegal drug production.
