Burgas is turning into a stage for amateur art with the festival “The City Celebrates – A Weave of Talents”, which takes place over three days. The event presents a rich program of musical performances, dance shows, theatrical productions, verbal expressions, as well as fine and digital art. Admission to all events is free.

The festival is realized under the project “Burgas – a Green Haven of the Arts” with the financial support of the European Union. The program includes an opening on February 27 with performances by the youth wind orchestra, TSh “Talentino” and others, and on February 28 continues with even more diverse events. Among them are art workshops, dance programs, “Gallery of Inspiration”, an animation workshop, a parade of masquerade games and a folk concert.

The finale of the festival on March 1 includes a parade of participants, a flash mob and a folk concert. The concert-spectacle “The City Celebrates with Art” will present the talented participants from children's choirs, vocal studios, dance schools and youth orchestras. The festival proves the power of art to unite generations and to inspire.
