Yacht Club "Chernomorets" Burgas achieved high results during the second regatta of the Ohrid Lake Sailing Festival in the Republic of North Macedonia. The competition was organized with the support of the Municipality of Ohrid and the hosts from Yacht Club "Aquatica Yachting," featuring young sailors from Bulgaria, North Macedonia, and Serbia.

Recognition and Success

The president of the Macedonian club and the Macedonian Sailing Federation, Stefan Stavrev, expressed "extreme gratitude to the Burgas club for their participation in the regatta!"

In the challenging conditions of the lake, the Burgas competitors demonstrated excellent preparation. Roman Kononov won the overall ranking and took first place among the boys. Adriana Bozhinova finished with an equal number of points as the winner of the overall ranking and triumphed among the girls.

Performance in Individual Classes

In the ILCA 4 class, Anna Kononova secured second place in the overall ranking and first among the girls. In the ILCA 6 class, Semyon Emelyanov won third place in the overall ranking and among the men. The youngest representative of the Burgas club, Lili Bozhinova, finished just off the podium, demonstrating significant progress.
